When we imagined adding florals to our services, we imagined a boutique floral experience that allows us to tap into our full creativity. With our newly emerging team, we offer our floral services to an exclusive group of clients. Each and every event that we take on will be completely custom and designed with individuality in mind.

The first step to signing up for our Floral services is to reach out via the La Rue Events contact form. Once a member of our team receives your information, we’ll get back to you within 72 business hours. From there, we’ll set up a time to chat and learn more about your event.

meet and greet
We’re all about getting to know our clients, so we’re happy to take the time to chat and learn more about your vision. We can talk over the phone, video call, or even over a happy hour drink. We’ll discuss the scope of your event, guest count, and design needs. If your event sounds like a good fit, we’ll discuss availability and next steps.

seal the deal
Once we’ve agreed that we’re a good fit for your event, our team will send over a customized proposal and contract. Read over the proposal, and if everything looks good, go ahead and sign. Then, we’ll require a deposit to secure your date in our calendar. This deposit will be the planning fee for your event.

With all of the paperwork out of the way, it’s time for the fun part. We’ll create a beautiful design for your event, find any needed vendors, and strategize with our team. Everything will be prepped and ready to go leading up to event day.

Due to the custom nature of our services, we’ll learn the scope of your event and create a personalized quote based on your vision.
