Whether you’re planning a floral-covered engagement or a Halloween-themed supper club (true story and it was AMAZING), we’d love to design your event. Florals set the mood and can take any gathering from ordinary to extraordinary.
The first step to signing up for our Folklore services is to reach out via the La Rue Events contact form. Once a member of our team receives your information, we’ll get back to you within 72 business hours. From there, we’ll set up a time to chat and learn more about your event.
We’re all about getting to know our clients, so we’re happy to take the time to chat and learn more about your vision. We can talk over the phone, video call, or even over a happy hour drink. We’ll discuss the scope of your event, guest count, and design needs. If your event sounds like a good fit with Folklore, we’ll discuss availability and next steps.
Once we’ve agreed that we’re a good fit for your event, our team will send over a customized proposal and contract. Read over the proposal, and if everything looks good, go ahead and sign. Then, we’ll require a deposit to secure your date in our calendar. This deposit will be the planning fee for your event.
With all of the paperwork out of the way, it’s time for the fun part. We’ll create a beautiful design for your event, find any needed vendors, and strategize with our team. Everything will be prepped and ready to go leading up to event day.
Every floral service is custom-created for each event we design. Folklore is focused on serving intimate affairs including engagements, rehearsal dinners, supper clubs, and elopements. Our team offers full-service florals including personals, centerpieces, and even arbors depending on your needs. This service is perfect for you if you’re looking for dreamy floral designs to elevate your experience and create an enchanting atmosphere. Due to the custom nature of our Folklore service, we’ll learn the scope of your event and create a personalized quote based on your vision.
