If you’d like to learn more about our corporate event services, please fill out and submit the form on our contact page. Once we have all of your information, a team member will reach out within 72 business hours. We’ll set up a time on our calendar for a meet and greet so we can learn more about your needs.

This is our time to chat and get to know each other better over a coffee or a margarita! We’ll have a conversation about your expectations, needs, and goals for your event. We can give you a clear idea about the services that our team offers, and how we can help you achieve your vision.

seal the deal
Once we’ve agreed that we’re a good fit for your event, our team will send over a customized proposal and contract. Read over the proposal, and if everything looks good, go ahead and sign. Then, we’ll require a deposit to secure your date in our calendar. This deposit will be the planning fee for your event.

let's prep
With all of the paperwork out of the way, it’s time for the fun part. We’ll create a beautiful design for your event, find any needed vendors, and strategize with our team. Everything will be prepped and ready to go leading up to event day.

the day arrives
On the day of your event, we want you to focus on building up your business and enjoying the company of your guests. Our team will handle all of the set up, vendor management, and event logistics. We’ll stay onsite throughout the event to make sure that everything runs smoothly and you get to sit back and relax.

Due to the unique needs of each event, we create a custom quote based on the scope of your project. The pricing of a custom quote is broken down into three parts - a planning fee, a percentage based on the managed vendors, and the day-of design fee. We can discuss your custom quote at length once we’re able to learn the details of your event.
