Now it’s time to chat about your event to see if we’d be a good fit. We love to accommodate, so we’d be happy to talk over the phone, video, or even coffee! You might even be able to convince us to meet over a happy hour margarita. During this time, we’ll discuss your needs and expectations, as well as any other important details. Once we’ve confirmed date availability, we’re ready to move forward. We’ll send over a contract and invoice to secure your spot on our calendar.

Our streamlined planning and design package is perfect for couples who are looking to relax on their wedding day. We’ll help you curate the aesthetics of your day according to your unique vision. This package also includes day-of coordination to take the stress off your plate so you can be present to soak it all in.

wedding weekend
Building a beautiful event from the ground up is our speciality, and if that’s what you’re looking for, this package is for you. Our team will handle all of the logistics including securing permits, liaising with vendors, and even constructing temporary facilities (think a spot to “freshen up.”)
This package also lends itself well to cultured events that take place over the course of several days. We’re down to celebrate your big day over and over again!

full service
Our Full Service package is the Rolls Royce of wedding planning. You’ll get a completely turn key event that not only looks beautiful, but goes off without a hitch. The La Rue team will create an extensive design deck to nail your vision perfectly, collaborate with all the vendors you need, and guide you through the entire experience step by step. We’ll make sure that your wedding is an affair to remember.
